TMS Customer Support Representative
- Learn ALC’s proprietary Transportation Management system (TMS)
- Assist TMS Implementer in testing various screens of TMS
- Answer customer inquiries serving as the contact person for assigned customer(s).
- Gather customer feedback, to provide to the TMS Implementer in order to drive product improvement
- Work with customers in understanding product issues and documenting them for the Development team
- Assist TMS customers with report generation
- Create user guides and documentation for Customers
- Work within ALC’s ticketing system
- Knowledge of Excel is a plus
