TMS Customer Support Representative

  • Learn ALC’s proprietary Transportation Management system (TMS)
  • Assist TMS Implementer in testing various screens of TMS
  • Answer customer inquiries serving as the contact person for assigned customer(s).
  • Gather customer feedback, to provide to the TMS Implementer in order to drive product improvement
  • Work with customers in understanding product issues and documenting them for Development team
  • Assist TMS customers with report generation
  • Create user guides and documentation for Customers
  • Work within ALC’s ticketing system
  • Knowledge of Excel is a plus
