As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a high level of Administrative Assistance. The most successful Office Assistants are comfortable working in a fast paced environment and have exceptional problem solving and organizational skills.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide professional administrative support to office staff
- Conserve Leadership’s time by reading, researching, call routing and correspondence;
- Sending electronic correspondence and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Maintain appointment schedule by travel planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences
- Assist on a variety of projects
- Manage multiple calendars in real time while making adjustments
- Provide general administrative office support
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who excels in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 1-year administrative experience
- Excellent and effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent work ethic
- Ability to quickly process information and make decisions
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle conflict
- General computer skills- proficiency with MS Office is a must
- Bilingual a plus
