As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a high level of Administrative Assistance. The most successful Office Assistants are comfortable working in a fast paced environment and have exceptional problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide professional administrative support to office staff
  • Conserve Leadership’s time by reading, researching, call routing and correspondence;
  • Sending electronic correspondence and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Maintain appointment schedule by travel planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences
  • Assist on a variety of projects
  • Manage multiple calendars in real time while making adjustments
  • Provide general administrative office support


  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who excels in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 1-year administrative experience
  • Excellent and effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent work ethic
  • Ability to quickly process information and make decisions
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle conflict
  • General computer skills- proficiency with MS Office is a must
  • Bilingual a plus
