TMS Customer Support Representative   

o   Answer customer inquiries serving as the contact person for assigned customer(s).

o   Gather customer feedback, details and use cases to provide to the Product Manager to drive product improvement

o   Work with customers in understanding product issues and documenting them for Development team

o   Assist TMS customers with report generation

o   Create user guides and documentation for Customers

o   Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service and establish a rapport with the customer(s)

o   Maintain and increase ALC’s image and reliability with customers

o   Work within the established company ticketing system
