From southern Texas to northern Minnesota, the I-35 corridor looms like a giant transportation artery linking the fruit and vegetable producers in northern Mexico to the population centers up and down the center of the U.S. Along the way, it moves through six states providing access to approximately 75 million hungry consumers, within six hours of the highway in other states being served by warehouses and truck lines that move products off of I-35 into local communities.
