On April 13th 2017, Elon Musk, CEO and product architect of Tesla, Inc., rocked social media after his Tesla semi truck unveiling. With his success of producing/selling electric cars, the future of Tesla Semi trucks looks promising. On a recent Ted Talk, Elon Musk touched on his vision of future Tesla semi trucks with a teasing picture of the model. Despite Musk’s enthusiasm for the electric semi there’s still criticism regarding cost, usefulness to trucking companies, and the decline of truck drivers to name a few.
