Moving it Forward: Cost of a Bridge

On July 19, 2015 the Tex Wash eastbound bridge on Interstate 10 in CA collapsed due to a flash flood. I-10 is the main artery between Los Angeles and Phoenix, and much of the south including Houston and Florida. It’s difficult to measure the financial impact the collapse had, but 27,000 vehicles cross the bridge every day, many of them tractor-trailers hauling cargo. To continue reading click here.
