The Holidays are here! It is that time of year again. It is only the beginning of November; Christmas décor and music is appearing in almost every department store.

Scams, fraud, system hacking, cons, and deception come in many forms and occur every day of the year. According to the National Retail Federation in 2013, “e-retailers lost more than $3 billion due to fraud.” These unfortunate events especially occur around each holiday season. It doesn’t matter if you have a brick and mortar business, 100% online retail store, or if you are a 65 year old retiree.  If you do business over the World Wide Web, possess a credit card, or have a social security number, you can be a victim of fraud.
